Description
The Swinton Customer Service Centre in Rotherham
is the second project of six for Rotherham
Metropolitan Borough Council: one central
customer service centre (the Civic Building) and
five satellite centres in towns around
Rotherham.
The £700k centre was completed in summer 2006
and provides a single point of contact for local
people to access all council services.
The centre's facilities include a feature
reception desk, secure payment counter, waiting
area and a mixture of open counter positions and
cellular meeting rooms where the public can
discuss issues in private.
