To manage and work through the
Council’s strategic construction partnership – “Rotherham
Construction Partnership” (RCP)

To provide creative, innovative and
inclusive building design and delivery for both internal and
external clients

To provide support and advice for
Property Asset Management through the provision of consultancy
and maintenance management services

To provide technical and aesthetic
construction related advice to procurers of construction related
projects

To deliver a sustainable and
environmentally sound building infrastructure to allow the
council, its partners and external clients to meet the
aspirations and needs of the people of Rotherham

To achieve Goal 8 of the Rotherham
Renaissance strategic development framework - “We want the best
architecture, urban design and public spaces for Rotherham and
we will no longer accept the mediocre or the banal”
