RCP Projects & Partnerships works in conjunction with RCP Design Consultancy and our private sector strategic partners in Rotherham Construction Partnership to deliver building projects for Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and various public and private sector clients.

RCP Project & Partnerships Role:

• To lead the management of the council’s strategic construction partnership - “Rotherham Construction Partnership” (RCP)
• To work with RCP Design Consultancy to procure & deliver construction services to both internal and external clients
• To provide project management services to both internal and external client (including non construction projects)
• To provide technical construction related advice to procurers of construction related projects
• To provide quantity surveying / cost management services on construction projects to both internal and external clients
• To provide construction related procurement services / advice to both internal and external clients
• To manage external consultants and contractors
• To provide strategic advice to corporate management
• To comply with the government’s “Constructing Excellence” agenda
