RCP provides building construction expertise and delivery to all areas of the council, its partners and external clients.

RCP was created to deliver the National Construction Reform Agenda and provide greater Value for Money whilst improving the quality of the built environment.

RCP is managed by the Council's Department of Asset Management within its Environment and Development Services Directorate.

RCP encourages local sub-contractors and suppliers to join its supply chain.

RCP can support local business by providing professional construction management, cost control and design services to businesses within the Borough.

RCP procured its partners through OJEU.

RCP monitors itself against the DTI construction Performance indicators.
